Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on recovyx.com by customers located in the United Kingdom.

The seller is RIFAI Samy EI, trading as Recovyx, SIRET 990 761 884 00024, 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Recovyx is not VAT registered in France and does not charge French VAT.

Article 2 - Products offered for sale

Products offered for sale on recovyx.com include massage devices, heating pads, support cushions, support pillows, air compression massagers, massage accessories, water bottles and bags.

The main characteristics of each product are presented on the product page, including title, images, variant options, product details and price. The customer must read the product information before placing an order.

Product information is provided for general home comfort and wellbeing use. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional healthcare guidance.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices for the United Kingdom market are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP) on recovyx.com. The price displayed before checkout is the applicable product price for the selected product and variant.

The UK shipping cost is £0.00 for orders placed on recovyx.com and delivered within the United Kingdom.

The total amount charged by Recovyx is shown at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Article 4 - Orders

The customer places an order by selecting the product and variant, reviewing the basket and completing the Shopify checkout process.

Before confirming payment, the customer can review the order details, selected product, quantity, delivery information and total amount.

An order is confirmed when Recovyx sends an order confirmation email and payment has been accepted or authorised.

Article 5 - Payment

The full price is payable at the time the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Recovyx does not store full payment card details. Payment information is processed by Shopify and the relevant payment providers.

Article 6 - Delivery

Recovyx delivers to the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The estimated transit time is 4 to 5 business days after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, high-demand periods, force majeure or circumstances outside Recovyx's reasonable control.

Article 7 - Cancellation and returns

The customer has 14 days from the day they receive the product to exercise their right of cancellation. To exercise this right, the customer must contact Recovyx by email at contact@recovyx.com.

The customer must return the product within 14 days after notifying Recovyx of the cancellation.

Returned products must be in their original condition, complete, clean, undamaged and returned with accessories, parts, manuals and packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the product is faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the day Recovyx receives the returned product or receives proof that the product has been sent back.

Article 8 - Damaged goods or product issues

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact Recovyx at contact@recovyx.com with the order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.

Recovyx may offer replacement parts, repair, replacement, return or refund depending on the nature of the issue. If Recovyx asks the customer to return a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, Recovyx will cover the reasonable return postage or provide return instructions.

Article 9 - Personal data

Personal data requested from the customer is necessary to process orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service requests. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 - Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving customers located in the United Kingdom of any mandatory consumer protections applicable under their local law.
