Delivery area

Recovyx delivers to the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The order preparation cut-off time is Monday to Friday at 3:00 pm Paris time, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated transit time is 4 to 5 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, high-demand periods, force majeure or circumstances outside Recovyx's reasonable control.

Shipping cost

The UK shipping cost is £0.00 for orders placed on recovyx.com and delivered within the United Kingdom, regardless of the order amount.

Import duties and taxes

All UK import duties and taxes are included in the price. The amount shown at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged any additional customs fees on delivery.

Tracking information

For each order placed on recovyx.com, the customer receives an order confirmation email. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

If the customer has not received tracking information within 3 business days after order confirmation, they may contact Recovyx by email at contact@recovyx.com.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing the order. Recovyx is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
