Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on recovyx.com by customers in the United Kingdom.

Cancellation period

Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to exercise their right of cancellation and request a return followed by a refund.

To use the cancellation period, the customer must contact Recovyx by email at contact@recovyx.com with a clear statement confirming that they wish to cancel their order and return the product.

After notifying Recovyx of the cancellation, the customer must return the product within 14 days.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition and complete, including packaging, accessories, parts and instructions where possible.

The product must be clean, undamaged and in a condition that allows it to be resold as new. The customer must include the order number or proof of purchase with the return.

Return postage for customer-requested returns is the customer's responsibility, except where the product is faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrect.

Damaged goods

If the customer receives damaged goods, a damaged parcel, a faulty product or an incorrect item, they must contact Recovyx as soon as possible by email at contact@recovyx.com.

The customer should include the order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the damaged goods, packaging or fault so that the request can be reviewed quickly.

Once the issue has been reviewed, Recovyx may offer replacement parts, repair, replacement, return or refund depending on the situation. If Recovyx asks the customer to return a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, Recovyx will cover the reasonable return postage or provide return instructions.

Return procedure

For any return request, the customer must contact Recovyx by email at contact@recovyx.com before sending the product back.

After the return request has been reviewed and approved, the product must be sent by postal service or tracked courier to the following return address:

The customer is responsible for choosing a suitable return service and keeping proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been completed.

Refund method

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the day Recovyx receives the returned product or receives proof that the product has been sent back.

After the refund has been processed, the customer's bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds appear in the customer's account.
